NOTICE OF THE 2021 GLADESVILLE GYMNASTICS CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Any Member questions or Items of General Business should be submitted to the interim Management Committee by Wednesday 10 March via email. No questions or Items of General Business will be accepted from the floor on the day.
Nominations
In accordance with the Constitution of Gladesville Gymnastics Club, a Management Committee will be formed by resolution at this annual general meeting. The Committee are tasked with the powers to control and manage the affairs of the Club. Alongside this, certain legal duties and legal responsibilities are attributed to members of the Management Committee. To date, the Club has been set up and operated by volunteers who have formed an interim Management Committee.
The Club are seeking nominations of candidates with a broad range of skill sets and experience in the following areas:
The Management Committee will consist of volunteers comprising:
Suitable candidates will need to be nominated by 2 current financial members of the Club, and supporting information is to be attached (eg a cover letter or CV of the candidate). Nominations must be submitted using this form and received by Saturday 6 March 2021.

- the office-bearers of the Club (Chair, Deputy Chair, Treasurer, Secretary); and
- a minimum of 1, and maximum of 6, ordinary Management Committee members.
