AthleteGym is a high performance training program designed for athletes from other sports so they can benefit from the physical and mental advantages that gymnastics provides. The classes include strength, flexibility, spring, coordination, balance and conditioning exercises to specifically target individual areas and give competitors the edge. The class is suitable for high level athletes aged 10 - 18 years from a variety of sports such as Rugby League, Rugby Union, AFL, Touch Football, Netball, Basketball, Football and Athletics.
