Mental Health and Wellbeing in Sport 

Free education sessions this May 


Exciting news! Gladesville Gymnastics Club has won a NSW Health Grant to hold Mental Health and Wellbeing in Sport educational sessions for all gymnasts, parents, and coaches! 
All recreational and competitive gymnasts and parents/carers are encouraged to attend and learn the elements to better manage yourself for a positive experience at our Club.   
The sessions will cover the importance of athlete wellbeing, body image, nutrition, and performance mindset for sport. 
Our Training Facilitators are very experienced within the gymnastics sector and will deliver the sessions in an age-appropriate,safe and positive way.

  • Karen Hadded - Sports Psychologist

Recreational Athletes & Parents

Location: Online – you’ll receive an email with a link to join the online session. Each session is 30 minutes. Register for either Group A or Group B.
